RJ oversees the day-to-day operations of 3DG Construction. He manages finances, employees, and resources on all job sites. As the general contractor for all 3DG construction jobs, he procures materials and labor and supervises construction. Additionally, RJ provides pricing for all construction bids, working with clients to price jobs accurately and affordably. He also seeks and retains new construction clients for 3DG Construction and cross-markets to development and real estate clients.

He comes to 3DG with more than seven years of project and team management experience in construction. His work has won awards from the Washington Building Congress and the Associated Builders and Contractors.

RJ received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware. He passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam in 1995.
